A couple of months ago CraftStudio was released to the public. I was introduced to it by a friend and after little deliberation I immediately registered and downloaded the software [while it’s still free]. Continue reading ‘CraftStudio – A Promising Endeavour’

My 2012: A Year of Anticipation

So.. The year of the Dragon, AKA 2012 to everyone who isn’t Chinese [no racism intended], has been on us for almost a month now and it’s given me time to think about the year. More importantly, what I am most anticipating this year.

Split Reason and Glennz are two online stores that sell shirts, hoodies, hats, and other accessories that are all related to video games, movies and occasionally internet memes.

A wonderful example of a Glennz Tee

BioShock Infinite: The Start of a New Chapter

[Originally written, February 27st, 2011]

What comes to mind when we think of BioShock; Rapture, Big Daddies, and creepy little girls with giant needles. Well BioShock Infinite takes these and throws them away, as we are taken to the floating city of Columbia, nearly 50 years before Rapture. Like its predecessor [or successor], Columbia is a now a dystopia. It was a city that flew around promising to take people away from the proverbial hells of the ground. But something went wrong, and now no-one knows where Columbia is.
